Triumph Restoration, Inc. performs both new and restoration work in the greater Chicago area. We specialize in helping clients solve water infiltration problems from the inspection phase as consultants through project completion as contractors.

Triumph Restoration, Inc. is pre-qualified to bid Capitol Development Board projects. We are a Union shop employing Bricklayers from Local 21, Caulkers from Local 52 and Glaziers from Local 27. Current organization affiliations include ASA Chicago (Association of Subcontractors and Affiliates), FWC (Federation of Women Contractors), SWRI (Sealant, Waterproofing Restoration Institute), and ICRI (International Concrete Repair Institute).
