Special Project Note:  This building (formerly owned by Lucent Technologies) has a unique “dish”, easily recognized as a local Chicagoland icon. Employees for this project were required to undergo SPRAT Level 1 Certification to perform work on the glass and curtain wall system.  Due to the unique curvature of the building surfaces, typical rigging methods (boards, booms, scaffolds, etc.) were not feasible.  The SPRAT system allowed these workers to safely ascend the curved work surface, perform their work duties, and then safely descend before moving locations.
